These terms and conditions regulate the use of services enabled by Sajpe (Formerly known as
'M
K Tech IT Solution Pvt. Ltd'), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2022 with its registered
office at 1st Floor, Shop No 18,19,20, Balaji Market, Khemi Sati Road, Opp Indu Hospital, Fauz Ka
Mohalla,
Jhunjhunu, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, 333001 (hereinafter referred to as “Sajpe”/ “we”/”us”/” our”).
By proceeding to use of Sajpe Services, you (“User”/ “you”/ “your”) signify your consent to be bound by
these Terms of Use (hereinafter “Bill Pay T&Cs”) in addition to agreeing to the General Sajpe Terms and
Conditions (“General Terms”) and Privacy Policy.
Whenever the context requires “User”/ “you”/”your” shall mean any natural or legal person who is a
resident
of India, at least 18 (eighteen) years of age who is eligible to contract within the meaning of the
Indian
Contract Act, 1872, is not an undischarged insolvent and has registered on the Sajpe App by accepting
these
Bill Pay T&Cs.
By proceeding to use the Sajpe Services which includes Recharge & Pay Bills offerings of Sajpe, you
shall be
contracting with Sajpe and these Bill Pay T&Cs including all policies referenced herein will constitute
your
binding obligations, with Sajpe in connection with this offering.
When you transact using the Sajpe App (with any payment options) for availing the Recharge & Pay Bills
Services through the Sajpe App, these Bill Pay T&Cs will be applicable to you in addition to the T&Cs.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms
of
Use, at any time without any prior written notice to You. It is Your responsibility to review these
Terms of
Use periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of Sajpe App following the posting of changes
will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions including additional Terms or removal of portions
of
these Terms, modifications etc.
As long as You comply with these Terms of Use, We grant You a limited privilege to utilize the Sajpe App
for
Recharge & Bill Pay offering and other services that may be offered through Sajpe App from time to time
for
payments, recharges, utility payments.
USING THE SAJPE RECHARGE & BILL PAY FEATURE IN THE SAJPE APP INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS
AND
CONDITIONS. HENCE, PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
By impliedly or expressly accepting the Recharge & Pay Bills T&Cs, you also agree and consent to be
bound by
all Sajpe Policies including the Privacy Policy.
Sign-Up / Registration
In order to use the full spectrum of Sajpe Services, You need to register on the Sajpe App and provide Us
with accurate and complete information. You are also required to keep your accounts, KYC details and
contact
information complete and updated at all times.
Once you sign-up on Sajpe, you are entitled to a Phone Account. You can also register with Sajpe from
any
third party merchant platform subject to certain conditions and limitations available on Sajpe website &
application. Once registered with Sajpe, certain services may ask you for additional information in
order to
avail such service and may involve creation of sub-accounts for availing such services.
The device on which You download Sajpe App and use during registration, shall become Your registered
device
and device details shall be stored by us. The moment You log into your Sajpe account from a different
device
using the Sajpe app, You will be asked to allow Sajpe to send an SMS from the new device, after which
the
new device becomes the registered device. You will not be able to access your Sajpe account using your
previous device until you re-login and re-authorize yourself on that device.
In the event, Your phone number using which You have registered on Sajpe is transferred, surrendered
and/or
deactivated, for any reason whatsoever, it shall be Your responsibility to inform Sajpe in this regard.
This
will enable Sajpe to secure Your Sajpe account. In case another individual/person intends to register
using
the phone number which has been transferred, surrendered and/or deactivated, Sajpe would require time to
remove/delink the details of the previous Sajpe account holder and thereby, reset the account which may
take
up to two (2) years from the date of request.
Your Conduct on Website(s) and Application(s)
In order to access Sajpe Services, you are required to provide information about yourself as part of the
signup
process, or as part of your ability to use services provided by Us. You agree that any information you
provide
will always be accurate, correct, and up to date and some services may require you to share additional
information which might include your personal information, personal sensitive information. You further agree
that Sajpe (including its Group Companies/service providers/business partners), in relation to providing
services to You, may collect/share Your Personal Information from/with third parties including but not
limited
to vehicle-related information. Your information management shall be as per Sajpe Privacy Policy.
You shall promptly inform Sajpe of any unauthorized usage of your Sajpe Account or loss of mobile device and
any
other circumstances which may lead to unauthorized usage. The responsibility of any transaction prior to
intimation, will solely be on the registered User.
You understand that while availing services offered by Merchants and your payment to merchants using any of
Sajpe Services, you understand that we are not a party to the contract between you and the Merchant and act
only
as an Intermediary (IT Act 2000). Sajpe does not endorse any advertiser or Merchant linked to its website or
app. Furthermore, Sajpe is under no obligation to monitor the Merchant’s service used by you; the Merchant
alone
will be responsible for all obligations under the contract including (without limitation) warranties or
guarantees. Any dispute with or complaint against any Merchant must be directly resolved by you with the
Merchant. It is clarified that Sajpe shall not be responsible or liable for any deficiency in goods and/or
services purchased using Sajpe.
You agree that in case any amount is transferred erroneously by You to any Merchant, Participating Platforms
or
any other person, Sajpe shall not be liable to refund such amount to You under any circumstances.
You further agree that any web-link on the website to a third-party site is not an endorsement of that
web-link.
By using or browsing any such other web-link, you shall be subject to the terms and conditions in each such
web-link.
You agree that if You provide any information that is incorrect, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or We
have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is incorrect, inaccurate, not current or
incomplete, or
not in accordance with this Terms of Use, We shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or
block
access to Sajpe Platform and/or take necessary steps in accordance with applicable Law without any further
notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information and secure access
credentials
associated with your Sajpe account. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under
your
account/is using your secure credentials and Sajpe shall not be liable for any such change or action
performed
by using your secure credentials on Sajpe Platform.
Attempting to access Sajpe Platform using any other means apart from ones provided by Us is strictly
prohibited
and shall be deemed unauthorized access, whether attempted or accessed through any automated, unethical or
unconventional means. Further you should not directly or indirectly engage in any activity using device,
software or any routine process that disrupts or interferes with our ability to service you or any other
user(s)
on Sajpe Platform, including the servers and/or networks to which our resources are located or connected.
You
are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or
suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by You, as explained above, and may incur criminal or
civil
liability.
You shall not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic device, program,
algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual or digital process, to access, acquire, copy
or
monitor any portion of the Sajpe Platform or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the
navigational
structure or presentation of the Sajpe Platform or any content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any
materials,
documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Sajpe Platform.
You shall not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Sajpe Platform or any network connected to Us.
You
may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other User of or visitor to Sajpe
Platform, or any other customer, including any account on the Sajpe Platform not owned by You, or exploit
the
Sajpe Platform or any Sajpe Service or information made available or offered by or through the Sajpe
Platform,
in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal
identification
or information, other than Your own information, as provided for by the Sajpe Platform.
You further agree that:
- In the event of any dispute, Sajpe records shall be binding as the conclusive evidence of the
transactions carried out through use of Sajpe Services.
- Sajpe shall send all customer communications by SMS and/or email and they shall be deemed to have
been
received by You after they have been submitted for delivery to the SMS/email service providers.
- Agree to receive all commercial messages including transactional messages from Sajpe/Merchant.
- To use the Sajpe Services in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You would be solely responsible for payment of any taxes, duties or other governmental levies or any
financial charges that may be imposed on any products or services purchased or supplied by a
Merchant or
otherwise arising from online transactions.
- Ensure that the Sajpe Services are not used for transactions in foreign currency, unless permitted
for
any Sajpe Service.
Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” - Sajpe Limited.
- “You”, “Your” - User of Recharge & Bill Pay services.
- “Sajpe App” - Mobile app providing Recharge & Bill Pay.
- “Merchants/Billers” - Service providers (mobile, DTH, electricity, etc.) accepting payments via
aggregators or Bharat Connect.
Eligibility
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are legally capable of entering a contract.
- You are not barred under Indian law.
- All details provided are true and belong to you.
Recharge & Bill Pay Services
Sajpe facilitates Recharge and Bill Payment for:
- Mobile Prepaid & Postpaid
- DTH & Postpaid Recharge
- Electricity, LPG, Broadband, Landline
- Insurance Premium, Cable TV, Water Bill, FasTag, Loan Repayment
Services are enabled via:
- Contracted aggregators
- Bharat Connect Operating Unit (NPCI-registered billers)
Setting Up Recharge & Bill Pay
- You must provide correct customer ID, mobile number, bill number, etc., to fetch bill details.
- You authorize Sajpe to fetch, store, and share your bill data with billers.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of identifiers.
- Bill amount is between you and the biller — Sajpe does not verify it.
- You must keep account details updated or risk service suspension.
- Location, KYC, or personal data may be shared with billers for GST/tax compliance.
- Sajpe may communicate with billers to process your request.
- Reminders or auto-pay may be set up with your consent.
- Payments are non-refundable once sent to the biller.
- You are liable for duplicate payments, delays, or penalties from billers.
Your Responsibilities
- Verify transaction success via history or notifications.
- You are responsible for any charges added by the biller.
- Track your due dates — Sajpe is not liable for missed bills or retrieval errors.
- Schedule payments in time — realization varies by biller.
- Sajpe is not responsible for delays, failures, or reversals.
User Errors
If you pay the wrong biller, wrong amount, or duplicate, contact the biller directly. Sajpe will not reverse
or
refund.
Disclaimers
- All online transaction risks are borne by you.
- No warranty that services will be error-free, timely, or meet requirements.
- Services provided “as is” with no implied warranties.
- You must verify accuracy of all information.
Complaint Process
Pending Transactions
Usually instant. If pending beyond 24 hours, raise a ticket. Biller may take up to 96 hours.
Successful but Not Updated
Wait 48 hours. If still not updated, report to us. We'll resolve within 48 business hours, max 30 days.
General Terms for Recharge & Pay Bills
Sajpe facilitates Recharge and Pay Bills services by allowing you to pay for the Mobile Post-paid, Prepaid
Recharge and landline Phone, DTH Services, Other Utility bill's like Electricity, LPG etc. Insurance
Premium,
Internet broadband and Water Bill, Toll Tax recharge (FasTag), Loan repayment and other services provided by
Sajpe from time to time which are available under “Recharge and Pay Bills” section of Mobile APP through:
a) aggregators with whom Sajpe has a contract or
b) through the Bharat Connect Operating Unit infrastructure where the Merchant is registered with NPCI for
Bill
payments.
Charges
There may be charges for access, third party payment or such other data fees from third party payment
participants and/or Billers which you expressly agree and shall not hold Sajpe liable for the same.
Bharat Connect Operating Unit Complaint Process
Pending Transactions:
Bill Payments/Recharges usually get confirmed instantly. However, in rare cases, service providers may take
longer than usual to share the transaction confirmation. If you see your Bill payment/Recharge in a pending
state, it means that we are waiting for a confirmation from your service provider, and they may take up to
96
hrs to update the final status. In case you see the transaction in a pending state beyond 24hrs, you can
raise a
ticket with us, and we will take it up with the service provider.
Successful Transactions:
In case Bill Payments/Recharge is not updated/service is not provided even after successful bill
payment/recharge, please wait for 48 hrs. If the Bill Payment/Recharge is not updated/service is not
provided
even post 48 hrs, you can report any complaint/grievance to us. We will review your concern and will try to
resolve your complaint within 48 business hours and not later than 30 business days from the date of receipt
of
your complaint.
Refunds:
All the refunds (if applicable) for the transaction processed by you on Sajpe platform shall be refunded
back to
the Sajpe wallet only. For payments using UPI, you will receive the refund within 7 working days, for card
payments within 7 to 9 working days.
Third Party Terms and Conditions
Sajpe and Sajpe Entities may provide third party services via Sajpe Platform. You understand that We do not
own
those services and you may need to accept their respective terms and conditions, and may require to share
additional information in order to avail such products/services provided by third parties on Sajpe Platform.
Sajpe does not hold any liability on the information collected from You by third party website or
application
and We cannot indemnify You for any third party actions.
Termination
You agree that Sajpe at its sole discretion may terminate your contract without prior notice and restrict
your
access to Sajpe application if We determine that You have violated the terms of use and You consent that in
case
Sajpe suffers losses, not limited to monetary losses, due to Your actions, We can take injunctive relief or
any
other legal action as deemed necessary within the said circumstances and Sajpe is not liable for any loss to
You
due to termination.
Other Terms
All other terms including terms such as User Registration, Privacy, User Responsibilities, Indemnification,
Governing Law, Liability, Intellectual Property, Confidentiality and General Provisions etc. are deemed to
be
incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference to the General Terms.

Cancellation And Refund
Mobile/DTH/Bill Payments/Data Card Recharge Refund Policies
All sales of Recharge are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that
you
are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number you purchase Recharge for and all charges
that
result from those purchases. sajpe is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect
mobile
number or DTH account number.
However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the sajpe app, and money has been
charged
to your card or bank account but a Recharge has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the
transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on [email protected] or posting us
a
message on the Contac Us page. In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you
to
include in the email the following details - the mobile number or DTH account number, operator name,
Recharge value, Transaction date and Order Number sajpe shall investigate the incident and if it is
found
that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge then you
will be
refunded the money within 7 to 10 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.
For cases if you are doing recharge from your sajpe account balance and you have received a success
confirmation but not received a recharge or any other case you are welcome to log a complaint by opening
a
support ticket on our contact us page and we will provide you a quick resolution.
Refund Policy for Customer:
customer takes the balance. In any event, the balance will not return.
Kindly note, in all cases our liability is only restricted to providing you a valid recharge or refund to
the
extent of payment received by us. We shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential
liability
arising out of a failed recharge on our system.
